چکيده فارسی با فونت Nazanin (شماره فونت 14، عنوان Bold گردد) و چکيده انگليسی با فونت Time New Roman (شماره فونت 12، عنوان Bold گردد) تايپ گردد. چکيده هايی که خارج از چهارچوب فوق تهيه شده باشد توسط کميته علمی مورد بررسی قرار نخواهد گرفت.

مجموعه خلاصه مقالات بعد از جمع بندی در اختيار شرکت کنندگان محترم قرار خواهد گرفت.

تصميم نهايی برای ارائه مقاله به صورت شفاهی يا پوستر به عهده کميته داوران کنگره می باشد.

مقالات فقط بصورت on-line و از طريق اين سايت ارسال گردد. دبيرخانه کنگره از پذيرش مقاله بصورت دورنگار، پست عادی يا E-mail معذور است و علاقمندان می بايست صرفاً از طريق سايت اينترنتی کنگره نسبت به ثبت نام و ارسال چکيده مقاله اقدام نمايد
